Shipping & returns

Shipping

Items are printed to order in 2–5 business days. Shipping rates and options are shown in your cart for your country before you pay, and you get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves the print shop. Orders with several items may ship separately from different print partners.

Customs duties or import taxes outside the United States, where they apply, are the recipient's responsibility.

Replacements

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost; you do not need to send anything back.

Returns

Because every piece is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size chosen at checkout. Please check the size chart on apparel pages.

Cancellations

Orders go to production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an address, contact us straight away with your order number; once printing has started we cannot stop it.
